1qqq Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of 1qqq and apply to every player who registers an account, deposits funds, or claims a bonus. Read them carefully before you start playing — by opening an account you confirm you have read and accepted everything below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 1qqq. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited by any law that applies to you personally.
1qqq is designed for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to verify whether using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to close accounts or withhold funds if a player is found to be underage or located in a restricted territory.
2. Account Registration
Each player may hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, bKash wallet, IP address, or device — is not allowed. If duplicates are found, we will close all but one account and may forfeit any bonus funds.
Accurate information
You must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and a working email address at registration. Submitting false details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Account security
Keep your password private. 1qqq staff will never ask for your password by phone, chat, or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Deposits
1qqq accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance within approximately 5 minutes of confirmation. The minimum single deposit is ৳100.
All funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 1qqq does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If we detect a mismatch, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.
4. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳700, and the maximum in a single calendar day is ৳115,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 25 minutes after all checks are complete.
Withdrawals are paid to the same method you used to deposit, where possible. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal we consider unusual.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered by 1qqq — including the welcome bonus, reload offers, and referral rewards — are subject to a wagering requirement of 13× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
Welcome bonus
New players who complete their first deposit receive a 100% match bonus, capped at ৳9,500. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳100. The bonus expires after 7 days if the wagering requirement has not been met by then.
Reload & recurring offers
1qqq periodically offers a 14% reload bonus on subsequent deposits. Terms specific to each promotion are published on the bonus page at the time of the offer. General wagering rules still apply unless stated otherwise.
Daily cashback
Eligible accounts receive 0.5% daily cashback on net losses. Cashback is credited automatically and does not carry a wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
Referral bonus
When a friend you refer makes their first qualifying deposit, you receive ৳125 into your account. The referred friend must register through your unique link and complete their first deposit for the reward to trigger.
6. Gameplay Rules
1qqq provides access to games from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Habanero, Red Tiger, FA Chai, KA Gaming, and Sexy Gaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game. For example, most slots on 1qqq accept bets starting from as low as ৳1. It is your responsibility to check the game rules before placing a bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round is considered void and any stake involved is returned. 1qqq is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly not allowed on 1qqq:
- Opening more than one account per person or household
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means
- Sharing your account with another person
- Making chargebacks on completed deposits without prior dispute resolution
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses and withdrawals, and permanent ban from 1qqq.
8. Identity Verification
1qqq follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with standard responsible gaming practice. You will be asked to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents are:

- Driving Licence
Documents must show your name clearly and match the details on your 1qqq account. KYC review typically takes up to 24 hours. Accounts that fail verification will have withdrawals paused until the issue is resolved.
9. Limitation of Liability
1qqq is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from service outages, maintenance windows, or third-party payment delays.
You play at your own risk. 1qqq shall not be held responsible for any financial loss beyond the balance held in your account at the time of a dispute.
